Instec's expert advisors are experienced at integrating with a variety of 3rd party and proprietary systems. At the core of every integration is the Integration Extensions module. This add-on allows the integration of quicksolver 3 with external software -- such as billing and claims systems -- through a variety of mechanisms, such as web services and XML.

Both data import and export are supported and coupled with transmission tracking and retry, error logs, administrator controls, and the ability to transfer control to external software programs. Since 2000, more than 50 different integrations to billing, claims, agency management, policy management, reporting systems, and web portals have been developed. Over 80% of Instec clients have an interface in production.
