Part Time Contract Administrator Part Time - up to 20 hours per week | Jul 31, 2020

We are seeking a Part Time Contract Administrator to join the Instec team.  

Position Summary:

Reporting into the Business Process/Contracts Manager this role will assist in the creation/completion of contracts and the oversight/maintenance of the contracts database.  This includes being responsible for the DocuSign process, maintenance of the digital, paper system of contracts, records and other various documentation.  Will also generate status reports on existing agreements and other administrative tasks/project work as assigned.     

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education Required:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible and adaptable with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • 1 to 2 yrs exp. as a contract administrator preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent - bachelor's degree preferred
