This role will work as part of a team to develop and support Instec's products/services relating to our billing software and our customers. The Insurance Analyst works closely with technical/business staff regarding the implementation of base and client specific changes to our software.
Research and analysis of software business matters associated with billing and collections, leading to full understanding of customer issues/requests.
Working with customers to define/document requirements and designing/documenting business solutions to meet client requirements.
Completes written assessments/specifications to define programming changes needed for feature changes.
Creation/execution of test plans and cases.
